    Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

    We deliver across Egypt. Shipping to Cairo and Giza is free. Shipping to every other governorate is half price.

    How can I pay?

    Cash on delivery is available on every order — you pay the courier when the order reaches you. Card payment at checkout is there if you prefer it.

    Can I return or exchange something?

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in the case of a defect in the product.

    If you refuse the order at the door, or ask for an exchange or a return, the full shipping cost is paid by you.

    Is the stock genuine?

    Yes. We buy Anker, Joyroom, Inkax and Apple products through their distributors.
