    We deliver across Egypt. Shipping to Cairo and Giza is free on every order except one carrying stickers. Every other governorate is charged at half the standard courier rate, and cash on delivery is available on every order.

    Stickers. The free Cairo and Giza offer does not cover the Stickers collection: an order that contains stickers is charged EGP 60 to Cairo and Giza, at any quantity. Outside Cairo and Giza, stickers are charged their own governorate rate on top of the rest of the order.

    The rate is per order, not per item, and it is collected with the order total when the courier reaches you.

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in the case of a defect in the product. If you refuse the order at the door, or ask for an exchange or a return, the full shipping cost is paid by you. Read the returns policy.

    When do I pay?

    At the door. Cash on delivery is available on every order — you pay the courier when the order reaches you. Card payment at checkout is there if you prefer it.

    What if I refuse the order at the door?

    The full shipping cost is paid by you. The same applies if you ask for an exchange or a return.

    Can I return or exchange something?

    Within 14 days of delivery, in the case of a defect in the product. Full returns policy.
