Delivery. We deliver across Egypt. Shipping to Cairo and Giza is free; shipping to every other governorate is half price. Cash on delivery is available on every order.
Returns. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for a defect in the product. If you refuse the order at the door, or ask for an exchange or a return, the shipping cost is paid by you.
